Laurie Metelsky, MSN, NP-C
Laurie is a board certified Adult Health Nurse Practitioner. She has logged more than 20 years of experience in various areas of patient care in roles including aesthetics, cardiac step-down/ICU, home health, and as a primary care/urgent care nurse practitioner.
In addition to her clinical experience, her academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kennesaw State University in Atlanta Georgia, and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida in Tampa Florida. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and licensed by the State of Virginia to provide healthcare for patients 13 and over.
She believes in building long lasting and trusting relationships with her patients. She seeks to acquire a comprehensive evaluation of every patient by taking time to listen and understand their unique needs.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, gardening, cooking, fishing and the beach!
Adrienne Trogdon, LMT
With over 6 years of experience in the wellness industry, Adrienne is a passionate and dedicated Licensed Massage Therapist committed to providing therapeutic, relaxing, and restorative treatments for clients of all backgrounds.
Specializing in a variety of techniques including deep tissue, myofascial release, cupping, hot stones and lymphatic drainage. Adrienne customizes each session to meet the unique needs and goals of the individual, whether it’s relieving chronic pain, reducing stress, or enhancing overall wellness.
She graduated from Advanced Fuller School of Massage, Adrienne continually strives to stay updated with the latest advancements in massage therapy to ensure clients receive the most effective and up-to-date care. With a deep understanding of human anatomy and a compassionate approach, Adrienne creates a safe and comfortable space for healing and relaxation.
Outside of work, Adrienne is a firm believer in the power of self-care and holistic health, often participating in workshops and wellness events to further enrich the lives of others. Whether you're looking to unwind after a stressful week or manage a specific injury, Adrienne is here to guide you on your journey to better health and relaxation.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with her three daughters, her puppies and being active outdoors.
